BookCats Fall 2026
BookCats Returns in Fall 2026!
Gather ‘round as BookCats!
This semester, BookCats explores the growing movement of ungrading through Ungrading: Why Rating Students Undermines Learning (and What to Do Instead). Drawing on evidence-based research, this book places traditional grading under the microscope, addresses the challenges of ungrading, and highlights strategies to shift from evaluating performance to supporting the learning process.
Join the conversation as we uncover practical approaches to fostering intrinsic motivation, curiosity in the classroom, and deeply meaningful learning experiences.
